Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

These terms apply to practices using the booking platform. Patients booking an appointment should read the privacy policy instead — you do not need to read these terms in order to book.

Who provides the service

The platform is developed and maintained by Dr Miroslav Roglic, dentist. For questions, bug reports and requests write to podrska@aistomatolog.com — an address that is actually read. Once the service becomes paid, the full details of the issuing legal entity will appear here.

What the service is and is not

The platform is a tool: it lets patients book appointments themselves, and lets the practice manage its schedule, reminders and, where that module is enabled, patient records. The platform does not provide healthcare, does not diagnose and does not give medical advice. All treatment decisions are made by the practice alone. The platform is not a medical device and does not relieve the practice of any obligation it has under health record regulations.

Who is responsible for patient data

The practice is the data controller — it decides which data is collected, why, and for how long it is kept. The platform processes that data on the practice's instructions, as a processor, and uses it for nothing else: it is never sold, passed to third parties or used for advertising. One practice's data is never available to another. How the platform processes that data — the purpose, security measures, the list of services we use and what happens to the data when a practice leaves — is set out in the data processing agreement, which is an integral part of these terms.

The practice's obligations

The practice undertakes to enter data accurately, to have a legal basis for processing it, to inform its patients about the processing, and to keep account credentials safe. The practice is responsible for everything done from its accounts, including staff accounts it creates itself. Misuse of other people's data, and entering data about people who are not its patients, are not permitted.

Accounts and access

An account is opened after we review the application. You must not share your account with anyone outside your practice. If you suspect someone else has gained access, tell us immediately — the account can be locked until the password is changed.

Availability and interruptions

We aim to keep the platform running continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, a failure at an underlying service, or an internet outage may make it temporarily unavailable. For that reason the current day's schedule should always be available to the practice outside the application as well — printed or exported, for example.

Price

Use is currently free of charge. Should that change, the practice will be notified at least 30 days in advance and may stop using the service before charging begins. No price change applies retroactively.

Your data stays yours

The practice can export its data from the application at any time. If it stops using the platform, the data is kept for a further 30 days so it can be retrieved, and is then deleted. We delete sooner on explicit request. An individual patient request (for deletion, for example) is handled by the practice as controller; we assist technically.

Liability

The platform is provided as it is. We are not liable for damage arising from unavailability of the service, lost profit, or an appointment that did not take place, except where the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending use

The practice may stop using the platform at any time, without giving reasons and without any fee. We may restrict or close an account where these terms are seriously breached — for instance where other people's data is misused — and we will notify the practice of the reason in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Every version carries a date, and the practice is notified by email before a change takes effect. A practice that does not agree may stop using the service and take its data with it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We try to resolve disputes by agreement; failing that, the competent court in the Republic of Serbia has jurisdiction.
